181 Mr. Lowry asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if consultants were employed to develop the Health Service Executive logo; if as part of this work, a policy document on the use of the HSE logo was drafted and circulated; the cost associated with this project; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Section 6 of the Health Act, 2004 states that the Health Service Executive is a corporate body. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
