194 Mr. Naughten asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 192 of 20 June 2006, when she intends to publish her Department’s 2006 business plan; if she will include plans for a vaccine damage compensation scheme; the reason for the delay in establishing such a scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Business Plan for 2006 is available on the Department's website. The business plan for Public Health Division includes the examination of the feasibility of a vaccine damage compensation scheme. Consideration of the issue is at an advanced stage.
