821 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 145 of 31 May 2006, if a survey has been carried out on plots; when the person will be issued with their top-up payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is in the process of appointing a person to survey the plot referred to in the Question. Payment of any outstanding monies will be arranged on completion of the survey, which should not involve undue delay.
