624 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Health and Children when a decision will be reached on the application to the Health Service Executive by an organisation (details supplied) for funding for their arts programme in the three domestic violence refuges; the reason a decision has not been made on this application; the plans the Government have in relation to funding this and similar projects at refuges; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
