Ceist:624 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Health and Children when a decision will be reached on the application to the Health Service Executive by an organisation (details supplied) for funding for their arts programme in the three domestic violence refuges; the reason a decision has not been made on this application; the plans the Government have in relation to funding this and similar projects at refuges; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
