306 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of a report on the proposed amalgamation of schools (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if, in view of the fact that the technical report is completed, she will expedite the next phase in the process; and if she will make a statement on the matter. School Planning Section is awaiting a report following a technical inspection of the schools to which the Deputy refers. When this has been received and examined, it will be in contact with the schools as to how the proposed project can proceed.
