My Department has examined this case and can find no evidence that there are outstanding forestry premium payments due to the person in question since 1992.

The person concerned is an applicant under the Farm Waste Management Scheme. A preliminary inspection will be carried out shortly and a decision in respect of the application concerned will be made following that inspection.
