128 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the residency status in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 who has lived here for more than six years, was educated here but is prevented from taking up employment due to lack of green card; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
