129 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the serious threat to health and wellbeing in the event of the deportation of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8; if he has studied the relevant papers setting out the precise nature of the background and circumstances relative to the case; if he examined these matters prior to his replies to previous parliamentary questions in 2005 and 2006; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I would refer the Deputy to my Reply to his Dáil Question No. 315 of 27 September 2006 in which I advised him that the position in the State of the person referred to by him was as set out in my Reply to his Dáil Question No. 165 of 11 May 2006 and my Reply to his Dáil Question No. 236 of 25 May 2006. I have nothing further to add in this matter.
