71 Mr. Pattison asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda has concluded its investigations, initiated as a result of a complaint made by the Secretary General of his Department, into the alleged leaking of a draft copy of the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Dean Lyons case; if a file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been advised by the Garda Commissioner that the Garda investigation into this matter is currently ongoing on conclusion of which, an investigation file will be submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
