316 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism if, in view of a recent Supreme Court decision (details supplied) an analysis has been carried out as to the impact this decision will have on all EU regulations transposed into Irish law by regulations since joining the EU; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As no regulations have been made transposing EU legislation into Irish law in respect of the areas for which my Department has responsibility the Supreme Court decision to which the Deputy refers will have no impact.
