View answerThe person in question was originally granted permission to remain in the State based on her parentage of an Irish born child under the particular scheme which existed at that time. This permission expired on 05/10/2007 and is now due for renewal. The person in question should renew their permission with the Garda National Immigration Bureau. The onus is on the applicant to produce the relevant documentation, including a valid passport, when seeking registration with the Garda National Immigration Bureau.
