View answerThis is primarily a matter for the Boards concerned. Model procedures for the nomination and appointment of members to the Boards of Local Development Companies and Urban Partnerships are set out in the Guidelines on the Governance of Integrated Local Development Companies and Urban Based Partnerships issued by my Department on 1st October last. These are available on my Department's Website at www.pobail.ie. Copies of these guidelines were provided to all members of the Oireachtas in recent weeks and have also been placed in the Dáil Library.
