View answerStatutory responsibility for the development of the economy of the Gaeltacht by promoting productive schemes of employment rests with Údarás na Gaeltachta. An tÚdarás has assured me that it is making every effort to find replacement jobs for the region in question, with the co-operation of the Industrial Development Authority and Enterprise Ireland, as appropriate.
