281 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) was transferred from St. Doolagh’s Park Rehabilitation Centre in Malahide to Cherry Orchard Hospital, Dublin despite no assessment being carried out, as is the norm in transfer cases, by the receiving hospital.
