533 Deputy Seymour Crawford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the number of farmers sanctioned for grant aid under the farm waste management scheme in counties Cavan and Monaghan; the number who have been paid to date again in each of the counties; the number awaiting payment having completed their jobs on time; if he is satisfied that payments will be made according to the agreed Charter of Farmers’ Rights; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
