402 Deputy Jim O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will arrange for confirmation by his Department in relation to the transfer of a single farm payment entitlement for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will ensure that this is done immediately. View answerThree applications were received on the 12 May 2009 from the person named requesting the transfer of 5.54, 7.0 and 4.0 Standard (National Reserve) entitlements to other farmers.
Upon review, it was noted that two of these applications involve transfers to herd numbers that are held in joint names but only one person has signed as transferee. Copies of the application forms have been returned to the transferees requesting completion of the form.
Upon receipt of the completed forms, all applications that relate to the person named will be processed without delay.
