115 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will reconsider an appeal against a decision to refuse the back to school clothing and footwear allowance to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in view of the fact that their average weekly income over the past three months is less than the income threshold for this allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
