415 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if full entitlements will be awarded to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if all issues relative to the problems have been resolved; and if he will expedite a conclusion to this case. [40117/09]

The holding of the person concerned has been restricted under the TB Eradication Scheme since 28 September 2006. To date 113 animals have been removed as reactors.

Payments under the On Farm Market Valuation and Income Supplement Schemes are being withheld pending further investigation by my Department. It is not possible at this stage to state when this investigation will be completed.
