179 Deputy Ulick Burke asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works is still proceeding with the consolidation of the dispersed offices of the Department of Social and Family Affairs to one central office in a town (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Commissioners of Public Works are currently investigating options in the town as a matter of priority with a view to consolidating the current offices of the Department of Social and Family Affairs into one centralised Local Office.
