505 Deputy Ulick Burke asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reason a person (details supplied) has not received a 2009 REP scheme and other schemes payments and only 75% of 2008 payments; when they will receive these entitlements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
