142 Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Finance, further to Parliamentary Question No. 166 of 9 March 2010, if he will now issue a tax certificate to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 for the purposes of fulfilling qualifying criteria in respect of an application for a local authority home grant.
