View answerThe allocation of Garda resources, including transport, together with overall policing arrangements, is a matter for the Garda Commissioner. Such allocations are continually monitored by the Garda authorities and reviewed to ensure that optimum use is made of resources and the best possible Garda service is provided to the general public.
