Maureen O'Sullivan
Question:163 Deputy Maureen O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if any of the advice he has received in the process of formulating policy with regard to reform of the rate-setting mechanisms for low-paid workers, the joint labour committees, has come from members of the Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants; if so, if he considers advice from that source to be credible in this policy area in view of the exemption the members of this association were granted from the cut in basic pay that affected all other civil and public servants form January 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
