Written answers

The HSE has informed me that the information requested by the Deputy is in the process of being finalised. I understand that there is a huge volume of work involved in producing the figures. On completion, the amounts paid to all contractors (doctors, pharmacists, dentists and optometrists) will be made publicly available.

Pearse Doherty

Question:

486 Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health if he will provide an explanation for the delay in providing an operation in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20; when the patient concerned will receive the required treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
