I propose to take Questions Nos. 323 and 356 together.

As the Deputy will be aware, earlier this year I forwarded outline proposals in relation to the abolition of upward only rent reviews clauses in existing business leases to the Attorney General for examination and development. I am giving further consideration to those proposals in the light of the most recent advices of the Attorney General.
