713 Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Health with regard to the 4,326 persons who retired from the Health Service Executive up until to the end of February, if there is an inability at present to deal with the volume of retirees and will these persons receive their lump sum payments on time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
