View answerIn the context of the proposed referendum on children's rights I am very aware of the need to provide clarity around the associated proposals for legislative change regarding adoption. Work is ongoing in the Department in this regard. It is my intention that the adoption proposals will be published in conjunction with the publication of the proposed wording of the referendum.
