161 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare has received all of their entitlements in regard to the mortgage payment on his home; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18359/12]
View answerAs I have stated previously, all matters in relation to the administration of mortgage interest relief through the tax relief at source (TRS) system are matters for the Revenue Commissioners. On that basis I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that, based on the information available to them, the person concerned has received the full relief to which he is entitled.
