View answerThe Department is in discussions with the hospital concerned and full information will be made available when the process is complete. The hospital is working through the issues and we are offering whatever assistance is required and we do not wish to comment in advance of the process being completed. In advance of the process being completed, the Department will not be naming the hospital concerned or giving any information which may allow it to be identified, either directly or by a process of elimination.
