273. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance following the judgment in the case of a company (details supplied) in respect of the Garda station on Harcourt Terrace, Dublin, the reason the completion notices served upon the State by the company and the Affordable Homes Partnership were not responded to as noted in the judgment.
