272. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance if he will confirm the heading in the Exchequer statement to which the circa €32.5 million award in the case of a company (details supplied) and the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, will be charged; if he will confirm the quantum of legal costs incurred to date by the State in this matter.
