Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Health the steps he has put in place and the progress that has been made to reduce the waiting time for speech therapy in view of the fact that the Health Service Executive reported in May of this year that 653 young persons were waiting between nineteen and thirty nine months in Carlow/Kilkenny [41751/12]
