Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of applicants and value of payments made under the disadvantaged area scheme on a county basis; the corresponding figures for the same period in 2011; the number of outstanding applications in each; the number of these which are awaiting approval pending reaching the stocking rate rules in 2012; the number who applied for a derogation on a county basis and the numbers accepted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
