This matter has progressed since my response of 12 December 2012 to the Deputy. The review process, which was requested by the applicant, relating to the decision on the outcome of an inspection is now at an advanced stage and the applicant will be advised of the outcome very shortly. As already indicated, the applicant retains the right of appeal of the outcome, if unsatisfactory, to the Agriculture Appeals Office.
