View answerThe person concerned appealed the decision to award jobseekers allowance at a reduced rate and his appeal was disallowed by the Social Welfare Appeals Office on the 14th January 2013. If his circumstances change in the future, the person concerned should contact his local Social Welfare Office to seek a review of his means.
