104. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will review the decision to offer a reduced level of jobseeker's allowance in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6480/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned appealed the decision to award jobseekers allowance at a reduced rate and his appeal was disallowed by the Social Welfare Appeals Office on the 14th January 2013. If his circumstances change in the future, the person concerned should contact his local Social Welfare Office to seek a review of his means.
