View answerThe Department has no agreements in place for the provision of a gratuity or pension payment for retiring job club leaders. The Department provides grant assistance to sponsors/contractors towards the cost of operating job clubs. The provision of pensions or gratuities and other employment related issues are matters for the sponsors/contractors as the employer.
