575. Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality his views on the current indefinite detention of a person (details supplied); the circumstances of their detention; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8674/13]

The prisoner in question is detained on a committal order made by the High Court on 4 February 2013. In such circumstances, the Deputy will appreciate that it would be entirely inappropriate for me to comment on the case.
