Written answers (Question to Environment)

There is an administrative arrangement in place whereby the owner of a vehicle may be exempted from motor tax for any full month or months during which the vehicle has not been in use in a public place. The relevant form for completion is RF100A which is available for download from the Department’s website www.environ.ie, from any motor tax office, and which should also be available from any Garda station.
