Section 16 of the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act 1947, as amended by section 15 of the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act 1954, provides for the annual revision of the register of nominating bodies. The application form for registration or revision of registration is prescribed in the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) (Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1954 and may be obtained from the Seanad Returning Officer in accordance with the notice issued under section 16(1) of the Act. The format in which the application form is made available is a matter for the Seanad Returning Officer.
