386. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will outline the details of pension payments in respect of persons (details supplied) in counties Donegal and Galway. [30544/13]
View answerThe details of pension payments in respect of the persons referred to by the Deputy are protected under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003. Therefore, Údarás na Gaeltachta is not in a position to supply the information requested. I am advised that all such payments are made in accordance with the relevant contractual arrangements.
