596. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht further to Parliamentary Question No. 348 of 30 April 2013, when the special area of conservation appeal will take place; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46468/13]
View answerI understand that one objection is still being processed through Stage 1 of the appeals process and, in that regard, my Department is currently awaiting a response to a query put to the appellant concerned this summer. As soon as this matter is finalised, the Designated Area Appeals Advisory Board will be in a position to commence the formal appeals process for all Stage 2 appeals in relation to this site.
