437. Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Health the funding allocated to primary care in each of the past seven years; if changes in funding have been affected by the reconfiguration of services brought about, such as by the introduction of hospital groups or the establishment of the Child and Family Agency; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the HSE has its own Vote, the determination of the allocation of the Health budget across the various directorates is a matter for the HSE. Therefore, this matter has been referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
