372. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the progress to date in respect of an appeal for jobseeker's allowance in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [32607/14]

Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

An appeal by the person concerned against the decision to disallow her jobseeker’s allowance application was disallowed by the appeals officer. The person concerned was notified of the appeals officer’s decision in writing on 14th February 2014.
