Deputy Martin Heydon asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the progress that is being made in the area of ensuring agreement for a grandfather clause for architects who have worked in the building regulation area for years to ensure their years of experience are not lost to the sector; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
