An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 25 April 2013. Following processing, an overclaim was discovered in respect of one land parcel. My Department issued a letter to the person named regarding this matter on 15 November 2013 offering the opportunity to appeal this overclaim. To date, no appeal has been received by my Department. Officials from my Department will contact the person named.
