View answerThe person named lodged an appeal with the Agriculture Appeals Office on 28 January 2014 in relation to the 2013 Single Payment Disadvantaged Areas Scheme. A decision, to disallow the appeal, was notified to the person named, in writing, on 7 May 2014. The person named was also advised of the option to raise the matter with the Office of the Ombudsman if they felt they were treated unfairly.
