684. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 118 of 25 February 2015, the reason the patient was informed that they would be called for surgery within four to eight weeks; if this information is wrongly being provided to all patients attending for pre-assessment; if the patient will need to be assessed again prior to surgery, due to the subsequent lapse in time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
