Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Finance if he will release the findings of the review undertaken by officials at the Central Bank of Ireland into the sale of a company (details supplied) by Irish Bank Resolution Corporation; if he will indicate the main recommendations arising from same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Following a search of relevant files, there is no record of my Department being furnished with a copy of this report undertaken by the Central Bank into the sale of the company referred to in the question. Therefore, I am not in a position to release the report.
